I was initially very scared in the shelter and the longer I stayed the more I learned to be brave but in a not-so-good way. I learned to fight and defend myself. I even fought going into my kennel. I also became very creative and started painting my kennel with my poo-poo so it was not just boring concrete walls! When I was with my foster family, I had so much fun playing with my doggie cousin Vinnie and helping him dig a cooling hole that could fit both of us in the yard.
